A Note To Our Customers
There's been a lot of talk lately about Internet privacy and your expectations as a
customer and user of the Internet. Over the past few years, we've had the opportunity
to speak with many of you on the phone or through email about diecast cars.
Without your patronage, we'd be just another web site with a (big) room full of
diecast cars. So we make this pledge to you:
DieCast 1 will never, under any circumstances, rent, loan, sell, or divulge any information
regarding any of our customers to any individual, organization, or business.
In fact, DieCast 1 does not even capture personal information, except when completing a transaction:
When Completing a Transaction:
Whether you're buying items directly from our web site, via fax, mail or through our eBay
auctions, various essential elements of information must be recorded and saved to complete
the transaction. Some of this information must be maintained over time to justify sales tax
returns, etc. Our secure Shopping Cart service provides protection for your personal
information, including your credit card. None of this information is maintained in any form
on our web site.
That's our pledge to you -- no bait and switch like the big boys -- it's that simple.
